Returns

Full refund is allowed within 30 days of recieving the product, if the product is found to have a major problem as defined by ACCC law.

Shipping back to us will be at customer's expense, however if upon receipt we are able to confirm that the product was faulty a full refund will be given including all shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind or damage that we are not at fault for.

Please keep in mind the products are fragile by nature and are should be treated as such.

We ask that you consider this before you purchase. Please note these products contain latex as stated in the description.

Other terms and conditions

IMPORT TAXES- some countries will charge additional import taxes on the consumers (your) end, please ensure you are aware of any potential additional cost to import goods as this these charges are not included in the cost, and will need to be paid by yourself.

Unless stated otherwise in the product description, headpieces are made built onto ready-made wigs made to a 'standard' size and may not fit all heads.

Several of the products contain latex. By purchasing this item you acknowledge that we are not liable for any reactions or health issues related to latex, feather or other allergies.

The forehead section of the headpiece and (for some products) prosthetic 'eyebrows' are made on a latex base and are designed to be secured to the face using spirit gum or other skin-safe adhesive, alongside a suitable spirit-gum remover. We recommend using a test patch of your spirit gum prior to use and DO NOT use the adhesive directly onto your eyebrow hair.

If you do not have a way to block your eyebrow hairs, we recommend forgoing use of the included eyebrow pieces or securing them only on skin above your natural eyebrow hairs.

We are not liable for any damages caused by improper use of these products.
